Pursuant to the customer satisfaction guarantee of KissDove, we herein establish a 30-day Return and Exchange Directive. The client is entitled to return or exchange any merchandise procured, provided it remains in its pristine and unutilized condition, subject to the stipulation of notification to KissDove within a thirty-day period subsequent to the delivery date.
Return & Exchange Conditions

2.Returns or exchanges lacking proper authorization from KissDove shall be deemed null and void.
3.The period designated for the return or exchange of merchandise shall not exceed a thirty-day span commencing from the receipt date of the original order.
4.Merchandise subject to return or exchange must retain its original state, free from any marks of utilization, wear, or alteration, and shall not have undergone any resizing or modification.
5.The client is obligated to employ a shipping modality with tracking capabilities for the return or exchange of goods. Absence of tracking nullifies the processing of such returns or exchanges.
6.In the event of a return, any promotional items received in conjunction with the original purchase must accompany the returned goods. Failure to do so will result in a deduction equivalent to the retail value of the promotional item from the refund.
7.In cases of exchange or resizing involving remote geographical locations, additional fees attributable to such locations may be incurred by the client. KissDove commits to providing prior notification of any relevant fees to enable informed decision-making by the client.

Please be advised: Returns directed to the address on the package will not be acknowledged as valid. This address does not serve as an authorized return location and will consequently impede the processing of the return."

Non-Refundable Items
1.Custom-designed silver jewelry, including chosen stone colors, metal types, and chain lengths based on personal preference, are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies for exchanges.
2.Personalized silver items with engravings or photos, such as rings, necklaces, and bracelets, are non-refundable. A 35% restocking fee applies for exchanges.
3.Rings with custom sizes are non-refundable.
4.Items without jewelry tags or that have been worn, damaged, or altered are not refundable and will be returned at the customer's expense.
5.Items worn or received as replacements/exchanges are non-refundable.

Returns will be processed within 5 days upon receiving your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.

Please Note:
* If you want the refund to be issued to your original payment account, please contact one of kissdove representatives to get an authorization.
* The shipping rate before discount will apply and is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
* When returning goods, the remoteness fee is non-refundable and needs to be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for the order.

We want your order to be made just the way you want it! Please review your personalization/engraving/special order information before submitting your order. Check spelling, dates and names carefully. You are welcome to contact us if you have questions before placing your order.
Generally, all items will be sent into production 120 minutes after we receive the payment. Therefore, any cancellations after that time will incur a 30% material and processing fee.
